The Executive Committee is composed of five officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Member-at-large), the Membership Chair, and the Seaside Librarian. It meets periodically, usually before a quarterly meeting, and often when events are scheduled and projects are in the planning stages.

Volunteers are always needed for Standing Committees, such as: Public Relations, Fundraising, Finance, and Membership.
